Charming lakefront house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It's about 2500 sq/ft and has a walkout basement (with full bar) to the lake. 2 expansive living rooms and lots of entertaining space. It has level lake shore into Gideon's Bay. Amazing lake shore with huge open water views and enjoy beautiful sunsets from your large dock. It also has a really large lawn and fenced in area for pets. This house is on lower lake and convenient to both downtown and the south suburbs. It has a fire pit, large "H" shaped dock with bench and swim platform, walkout basement with bar, deck off the master and very large front lawn for kids to play. Its just a couple hundred feet from the bike path for walking, running or biking. Its a very pretty 10 minute walk to downtown Excelsior. Lawn Service is included in rent. This one is available March 1st. Call for more information.
