Do not move here!!! I’ve been here for over 2 years. The quality has dropped substantially but the tents are still climbing. They do great with putting up pictures and making it look like a great place to live. However, it’s an absolute nightmare. They are constantly having issues with their pipes. They are constantly going through change of management in office staff, so nothing is translated correctly. They do you into using a flex system, and then claim they didn’t get paid even though your bank transactions and flex transactions reflect on payments made. I didn’t even want to sign up with Flex, but it was sent in an email saying they have a new pay system. They are really good at pushing off responsibilities on the past managers that are no longer there. Their pool has had human poop inside of it more than once. I’ve also on multiple occasions found transient I in the lobby, sleeping overnight, free of charge. It’s sad being I pay an astronomical amount of rent for a one bedroom apartment. They have high school students staying here unattended so they can be able to be in the district. Those high school students appeared to be alone almost all night and possibly day. They have young people roaming the hallways all hours of the night. You can hear your neighbors moving around constantly. Their laundry facilities are always broken. There are Nats inside of my closet because the ventilation systems are terrible. The list goes on and on and on. Do not stay here. My stress level has gone up . I’m sure they are a perfect candidate for a class action lawsuit. I’m in the process of getting signatures because it’s not a place that treats their tenants properly. It’s not worth your energy.
