The house is located on a residential street and is close to downtown Portland, the South Waterfront, OHSU, the Springwater Corridor multi-use trail and Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge. The home features living room and dining room, remodeled kitchen with pantry, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with newer flooring, an office/den off the bedroom and full unfinished basement for storage. The home features a nice front porch and two rain gardens in the front yard, off-street parking with long driveway, large back yard and raised garden beds. Landscaping is included in the rent! The house has wood floors on the main level, and forced air gas heat. Appliances included are new range, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer & dryer hook ups. Basic garbage & recycling and landscaping are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Small pets allowed! Maximum of 2 pets, each 1 year old or older and 35 lbs or less, with pet rent of $25 per month per pet and additional refundable pet deposit.
