Great location near the main patrol office. No one above us makes for a much quieter location due to human impacts during our busy summer season. A lovely waterfall feature is under our deck and then a private 200' deep garden, cool shade trees -look at the patio photos for example. This unit backs up to Pacific St buffered by the 200' deep garden, however train noise is inevitable. This beautiful unit is only avail for MONTHLY rentals LOW SEASON Oct to Mid January - $150 night for max 2 Persons at published rates. No smoking, vaping or federally prohibited drugs of any kind. NO PETS - Lease requires signed application and approved credit report with score of 700 or better for each adult occupant. 1 car parking avail underground in a gated common area garage. height and length restrictions apply to vehicles in garage. Additional paid parking in the City maintained lot across the street for under $10 day city lot. All utilities are included - with a limit on electric of $100 per month high season $75 per month low season. A single permitted portable AC is avail for the master bedroom only. Continuous use of the AC will increase electric rate above the included thresh hold. There are 8 stairs to the front door, then all single level living inside the unit. Shorter term rentals are considered but at a Higher monthly rate
