Downstairs is all LVP flooring, fresh paint, open floorplan and cute furnishings. Also has a fenced grassed backyard and two assigned parking spaces directly in front of townhome. Looking for a professional female to room with, preferably 30+, full time job, decent credit and great personality! I’m 45+ easygoing, kids grown and gone. I have a doodle and would be open to another pet possibly. Available Oct 8th. $950 rent includes all utilities and internet. Security deposit of $250 is refundable upon move out.
