This centrally located home shares a wall with a neighboring unit, so some city or neighbor noise is possible. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room for light sleepers. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property (smoking is allowed outside the home only). Vaping/medical marijuana is not allowed in the home. No additional unregistered guests are allowed unless under the reservation guest count. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with house rules.
