Please note that building rules require each unit to have 1 physical key and 1 fob, with a smart lock system allowing for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes. Washcloths are not provided. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management. It is mandatory to inform us in advance of the main guest for the reservation, who must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest. Guests are required to register by providing a valid photo ID on the day of check-in for building access. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out may incur an additional cost. Any soiled or damaged towels or linens will incur a replacement fee. Lost apartment keys or fobs will require a replacement fee. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, and a $300 fine will apply if any evidence of smoking is found.
