Located directly across from the Chisholm Creek shopping district and just 15 minutes from Downtown OKC, this newly renovated apartment community is ideally situated. If you love spending time in nature, Lake Hefner, Mecklenburg Park, and the Martin Park Nature Center are just 15 minutes away. You'll also be close to public transportation stops and restaurants like Torchy's Tacos, BJ Restaurant and Cafe, and Spout’s Farmer’s Market. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each space has a maximum occupancy limit. The check-in time is at 4:00pm and checkout time is at 10:00am. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00pm and a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00am. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. The pool is only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Guests will be provided with 2 pool pass bracelets, which must be brought to the pool anytime you use it and left in the unit on the kitchen counter at checkout time. Certified service animals are allowed, with breed and pet restrictions subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. Sleepover has a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted at pet-friendly properties. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be returned to the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Guests will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of their valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening.
