Located on Okaloosa Island, the neighborhood surrounding Sandy Pointe offers a delightful coastal escape. Just a short distance from Fort Walton Beach, this island community boasts a serene and laid-back atmosphere. The condo is a short stroll across the street to the beach access boardwalk, and close to restaurants, putt-putt golf courses, bars, and ice cream shops. Destin is a 10-15 minute drive away. Check-in time is 4pm, and check-out is 11am. There is a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. If late check-out is approved, there is a $25 late check-out fee for each extended hour of stay. If any sign or smell of smoke is encountered, there is a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee. Guests who bring a pet without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted from the property without refund for the remaining days on reservation.
