Experience the best of Destin at this waterfront townhome on Holiday Isle! This cozy retreat features 3-bedrooms, a bonus room, and 3-bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests. Feel at home and enjoy breathtaking harbor views from the back decks. This waterfront townhome has a spacious layout and a "home away from home" feel, and is located next to beach access, water access, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Enjoy waterfront private decks to watch dolphins play and boats pass by on the canal, and docks to fish from right out the back door! The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, blender, traditional coffee maker and Keurig. A high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available for tiny travelers. Beach towels are provided for guests to use at the beach. This home is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs with a pet fee of $200 for your stay. Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles (SUV, truck, car). This home is a hidden gem tucked away on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin! You’ll be just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna’s, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Everything in town is easily accessed by car, and this home is centrally located in Destin so in either direction you can find some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! There are also docks along the back of the complex that you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the HarborWalk Village or Crab Island! Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Only house trained pets are permitted, and if planned to leave unattended they must be crated to avoid damage. It is required to clean up after your pet, both inside and out, or additional fees will be assessed. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee, as they do not fall under ADA compliant service animal requirements. There is only parking to accommodate up to 2 vehicles. Street parking/parking in front of neighbors’ homes/blocking sidewalk/right-of-way may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guest in violation. Trailer parking is not permitted at any time during your stay. RV, box truck, watercraft on trailer, or excessive vehicles are not permitted at any time. Violation of this rule may result in towing at guest expense. This home is "boater" friendly with a small dock, but can only accommodate up to 14ft at the dock. If you are planning to bring a watercraft it is important to know that we cannot go over this length of our dock space at any time (absolutely NO exceptions). No trash or debris should be left around home or outdoors at any time. Please treat our home as your own. No noise past 10:00 PM. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges.
