This waterfront townhome has a spacious layout and a "home away from home" feel, and is located next to beach access, water access, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, blender, a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. A high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available for tiny travelers. Enjoy the waterfront private decks to watch dolphins play and boats pass by on the canal. This apartment is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs with a $200 pet fee. A dock for one boat up to 14ft max is available. Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles (SUV, truck, car). This apartment is a hidden gem tucked away on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin! You’ll be just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna’s, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Everything in town is easily accessed by car, and the apartment is centrally located in Destin so in either direction you can find some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! There are also docks along the back of the complex that you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the HarborWalk Village or Crab Island! Airport Distances: Destin FL (VPS) - 19 miles, Panama City FL (ECP) - 53 miles, and Pensacola FL (PNS) - 54 miles. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Only house trained pets are permitted, and if planned to leave unattended they must be crated to avoid damage. It is required to clean up after your pet, both inside and out, or additional fees will be assessed. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee, as they do not fall under ADA compliant service animal requirements. Impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense in the state. Trailer parking is not permitted at any time during your stay. RV, box truck, watercraft on trailer, or excessive vehicles are not permitted at any time. Violation of this rule may result in towing at guest expense.
