Feel at home in this charming cottage that offers a relaxed and comfortable environment for your coastal getaway. Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed living space that exudes coastal charm. The living room is adorned with modern coastal cottage decor, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation and quality time with loved ones. Unwind on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV. The updated charming kitchen features a 2-burner induction cooktop, small fryer convection oven, and a compact fridge (no ice maker). The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dish ware, and coffee mugs. Step outside to your private oasis—a spacious backyard that's fully fenced for privacy. The front yard is also partially fenced, providing an additional outdoor space for relaxation. Guests will have access to a private driveway with parking space for up to 4 vehicles and complimentary high-speed internet access throughout your stay. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $100.00. Nestled in a delightful beachside neighborhood, The Hangout is located just a quarter mile off Beach Access #1, a short stroll away from the stunning sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The cottage enjoys a prime location right behind Stewby's, a popular local seafood spot. The neighborhood is dotted with charming shops and boutiques where you can browse for souvenirs and beachwear. Okaloosa Island offers plenty of entertainment options, and grocery stores and essential amenities are just a short drive away. Guest agrees to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted from the property without refund for the remaining days on reservation. Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises unless approved in writing. If the guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. The guest also agrees to pay a charge of $20 per person per day for every visitor not identified by the guest in the reservation.
