This apartment has new carpet, freshly painted walls, spacious kitchen with natural light, tiled bathroom with tub/shower, ceiling fans, baseboard heat, window A.C, & only 5 other apartments in the building! Smoking is allowed outside only. Animals will not be accepted. Plenty of space to gather outside in the open back yard or around the table out front of the building. The parking lot is large with extra spaces for guests to park without paying the frankly outrageous street parking fees put in place by the city. Perfect for a first timer or seasoned renter! This apartment is up an exterior staircase outside, & then down a staircase inside the entryway. Maybe not easily accessible for someone with physical limitations, however, this is up to your judgement. Rent & security deposit are paid electronically through Turbo Tenant, with options that do not add a service fee. Applications, background check, lease signing, & tenant letters are also done through the user friendly Turbo Tenant portal.
