Feel at home in this newly renovated, beachfront studio condo, a collaboration between our trusted partner and the iconic Showboat. This spacious 1,500 sqft condo offers direct beach and Boardwalk access, making it the perfect base for exploring Atlantic City. This condo is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a fully equipped kitchen (oven in one unit temporarily unavailable), a washer and dryer on each floor (paid by app at $2/load), and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Enjoy plenty of beds for a comfortable stay. Enjoy access to the fitness center and complimentary coffee. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Located in the Showboat building, this condo boasts an excellent location directly on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are just downstairs. Absecon Lighthouse, the Atlantic City Aquarium, and the Marine Mammal Stranding Center are also within walking or short driving distance. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. No parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee for late check-outs. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No weapons are allowed and will be reported to the police, resulting in immediate contract termination. No outside guests are permitted without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, with restrictions on breeds (No Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs). An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Decibel sensors monitor noise levels. A $150 security hold on a credit card is required for incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may opt for a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. Includes Wi-Fi setup.
