There is a one car garage for use of storage or to park in if you wish. Plenty of parking both in driveway and on street. This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful especially in the off season. The home is within walking distance as mentioned to the beach, but also to the Ventnor boardwalk that leads you directly into Atlantic City and all restaurants and shopping. Also it's just a quick walk to the adjoining city of Margate. This home is available for all months of the year except for the already spoken for months of June and July. A winter rental leading into the spring is available as well as the oh so perfect month of August when the summer is at its peak.
