Feel at home in this spacious suite featuring soaring ceilings and oversized windows in a beautifully restored building. This modern loft-style suite combines the comfort of an apartment with the convenience of a hotel. It features a full kitchen with modern appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. Garage parking is available for $10 per day. Event space and a boardroom are available at a fee for private events. Located in downtown Minneapolis directly across the street from the Minneapolis Convention Center, this apartment is one of the most convenient places to stay for conferences and events. Nearby attractions include Nicollet Mall for shopping and dining, US Bank Stadium, Target Field, and Loring Park. The location offers easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and major downtown attractions, as well as indoor walking access throughout downtown via the skyway system. This is a 100% smoke-free property, and evidence of smoking will result in recovery fees starting at $500 and may result in immediate termination of the stay. Removing or tampering with smoke detectors will result in a $500 fee. Unauthorized late check-out is subject to a $75 per hour fee. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No outside guests are allowed without prior written permission. No weapons or illegal substances are allowed, and violations will result in immediate removal and may involve law enforcement. There is an additional $100 to $300 pet fee based on stay length. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. Guests traveling with an Emotional Support Animal may be subject to a pet fee. In certain cases, ESAs may be declined in accordance with applicable laws and HOA requirements.
