I I thought I had already put my review on Google for where I lived but apparently not! I absolutely love living here It has been wonderful and I have left every minute of it. The staff and the maintenance staff has been absolutely brilliant at their work. I love the apartment I love the amenities. I could go on and on and there is simply just not enough room here for me to say how much living here has truly enriched my life. I simply enjoy being in this building. It is simply wonderful amazing fantastic all of the great things that you can imagine about living about living In a loft imagine it and move in here.

Been here almost a year - great place to live! Nice apartments - historic loft with exposed brick, wood floors, good appliances and cabinets. Friendly staff. Excellent response time on maintenance requests. Cool amenities including a game room and music practice rooms. Biggest bonus is location- adjacent to Mears Park, light rail and multiple bus routes nearby, Plenty of stuff in walking distance - Union Depot, farmers market, library, river, Saints ballpark, restaurants, Skyway, and whatever events/festivals going on in downtown Saint Paul. Highly recommend living here.
