Due to local bylaws regarding fence height and the property being on a corner lot, one neighboring property may have partial visibility into the backyard and sauna area. Smoking, vaping, or the use of weed or any illegal drugs is prohibited anywhere on the property, with a $200/day deep cleaning fee applied if smoking is detected.
