The suite has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are of equal size and very big with huge double sized closets (each bedroom is about 170 sq ft) and two persons can comfortably live per room. Depending upon the needs of the tenants the rooms can be provided with either a double bed or two single beds. Currently each of these two bedrooms have two single (twin sized) beds and two study tables and two chairs. If two students want to live in one bedroom then they will be provided two single sized beds and and with two study tables and two chairs. If only one student (or a couple) wants to live in any room then it will be provided with a double bed. Thus a total of up-to four persons can easily live in these two rooms. The third bedroom is of decent size but not as big as the other rooms but can can comfortably have a double bed for a couple. But two single beds in this room may be a bit tight. Thus a total of five/six persons can comfortably live in this suite. There are two full washrooms i.e both washrooms have toilets as well as showers. The living room has two windows and a huge sliding glass door for lots of light. Good-sized kitchen with ample cupboard space. Very well planned layout maximum efficiency of space (the suite is a very good size and yet it appears much larger) Nice exclusive private patio for leisure and barbeque (bbq) Huge lawn that is beautifully sculpted.
