Located on the 27th floor, this spacious apartment is completely refurbished. This apartment is equipped with full kitchen utilities including dishes, glasses, pots and pans, cutlery, a dishwasher and dish soap. Also available are pure roast coffee, a coffee machine, tea, a toaster, a blender, a hair dryer, an iron with ironing board, and a vacuum. Pool and beach towels, towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, and tissues are also provided. An air mattress, baby crib, and cot can be provided upon request prior to arrival. Access to the largest residential pool in Florida is available in the building for free, as well as a free business center, spa, jacuzzis, and gym, where yoga classes are also provided. W Residences is centrally located in the Miami business district overlooking Miami Bay, close to Wynwood, Midtown, South Beach, and the Miami Art Design District. The neighborhood is surrounded by skyscrapers and a mixed landscape, with fine-dining restaurants, nightlife venues, local coffee shops, and organic grocery stores, as well as street family organic markets on weekends. Management asks that guests collaborate in maintaining a clean and healthy environment by using the trash chute located on every floor for everyday household trash, ensuring that trash bags are properly sealed to avoid any leakage on the hallway carpet. When entering and exiting the common areas of the property, all guests are required to adhere to a proper dress code such as shirt, pants, and shoes. Please do not throw or drop off anything from the balconies. No gas or charcoal grills, or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit at any time. To access the pool and gym, a reservation is required to be made at the ground floor of the building, where guests can retrieve guest amenity passes before heading to the pool or the gym. Management requires a picture of every guest's ID in order to be registered in the system for check-in. Please provide an estimated time of arrival as soon as possible and in advance to avoid any long wait at check-in.
