Feel at home in this remodeled chic house, located on the ground floor, offering beautiful canal views and an excellent location near the beach. This home features a full kitchen with plenty of storage space, and a nice patio with access to the canal. The pier is no longer under construction, therefore the backyard can be used by guests. Paid washer and dryer are shared with other guests and are located in a common area of the house, with a cost of $1.75 for the washer and $1.75 for the dryer. Mooring a boat at the pier has a cost of $50 per day. A dog is allowed in the unit with an extra cleaning fee, and certain breeds are accepted given the size of the apartment and the canine. If it's a service dog, a photo of the certificate is required. Cats are not accepted. You will love this place, located in a quiet neighborhood and with a great location walking distance of the beach. Early check-in and late check-out have an extra charge and should be scheduled in advance. Check-in and check-out processes are fully remote. A refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required and will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Alternatively, a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $50 to $80 USD can be purchased. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card matching the ID, and pass through a verification portal, which may include a criminal background check.
