Private parking is available for 2 cars and one pet is allowed for a fee of $75. Lots of local stores, restaurants, and markets are within walking distance. The Encore Boston Harbor Casino complex is a very short drive or Uber ride from the home. Driving into Boston takes about 15-20 min. The bus stop is on the corner of the street visible from the home, and you can take the 109 bus towards Sullivan Square and from there catch the orange line into downtown Boston. This is a peaceful residential neighborhood, please be respectful of quiet hours and our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking is allowed, and there is a $250 cleaning fee if violated. Unauthorized pets will incur a $150 fee. There is a $1,000 fee for unapproved gatherings. Includes a dedicated workspace for remote work or study. For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are installed and monitor all entrances to the property and the separate basement area. There are no cameras inside the guest living spaces. Early check-in and late check-out are available for $50 each, if available. Unapproved late check-out is $50/hour. Unapproved guests are $30/guest.
