Nick is awesome very friendly and never in a rush. He's always fixing our appliances and even asks about previous repairs and asking if we've had problems since. He won't complete an order until it's 100% fixed no matter how long it takes. He even came after hours before the holidays to help us with our heater. He's always in a great mood and we're very lucky to have him.

Jana helped me every step of the way from on site tour to handing in my keys she was always available to answer all of my questions. Maintenance was also so reliable. I never had to wait longer than an hr to get a Maintenance request resolved. I highly recommend butterfield oaks to anyone who is asking for a new place to call home!
