We recently moved into Covey at Fox Valley in march. Our experience so far is very good. Office staff are friendly and the maintenance staff are really professional , helpful and fix issues promptly. There is a lot of greenery in the backyard. There is a nice Trail besides waubonsie creek for evening walk and biking. The place is nearby to hospital and all important stores like Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam's Club etc. Rooms are spacious and newly renovated. Landscape is well maintained and cleaned regularly.

I recently just move to the Covey At Fox Valley in September 2023 I love the area and the atmosphere. If I have any problems with my apartment the maintenance team is quick and they get the job done properly ✅ Thank u Megan for my apartment and making it feel like I am at home. She help me with my whole entire process of moving in into my first apartment and being patient with me. Thank You Megan and the whole entire team at covey at fox valley!!!!! I would be definitely recommended people to move here 😀 I Am At Home!!!! 🤩
