The kitchen modernization will incorporate white cabinets, black countertops, and a full set of stainless steel appliances. An in-unit washer and dryer will be added to this apartment. The apartment will measure approximately 780 square feet following the renovation. The photos included in this listing are representative of the apartment's anticipated finished condition. The kitchen photos are from Unit 1 in the same building, which has a mirrored floor plan and was renovated by our construction team this year. Bedroom, living room, and bathroom photos are taken from that same unit pre-renovation, and reflect the finish level of those spaces in Unit 4. Before the apartment is removed from the waitlist, we will publish renderings of the renovated unit.
