This apartment is pet-friendly with a pet spa and a one-time fee of $300 per pet, with a 2 pet limit. Cats and dogs are allowed with restrictions; restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario Bulldog, Great Dane, Boxer, Akita, and Wolf Hybrid or any mixed breed that includes one of the listed above. This apartment is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and some of Tampa Bay's best hospitals. The easiest way to get around is by car. Uber and Lyft also service the area and can be an affordable option. Smoking of any kind, medicinal or otherwise (including vaping), is not allowed within the apartment or within 20 feet of the building. If it is discovered that the guest was smoking in the apartment, a $1,500 fee will be charged. Background screening is required for every adult (age 18+). Guests must complete screening form(s) 48 hours prior to check-in. Guests may not check-in if background screening has not been completed. Two occupants are allowed per bedroom. An occupant is considered anyone over the age of 3. If a parking permit is required, 1 permit is issued per screened occupant. One access item (key, fob, gate card, etc.) is issued per screened occupant. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. You must be notified 24 hours in advance if you are checking in after 6 PM. Maintenance technicians will not enter the property if there is a loose dog. Pets must be put away in a crate or alternative room or bedroom. Includes a bonus work desk and chair.
