If checking in after 6 PM, notification is required 24 hours in advance. Background screening is required for every adult (age 18+), and guests must complete screening forms 48 hours prior to check-in. Two occupants are allowed per bedroom. If a parking permit is required, 1 permit is issued per screened occupant. One access item (key, fob, gate card, etc.) is issued per screened occupant. Maintenance follows a service route each day and cannot be scheduled, excluding tasks that exceed 2 hours to complete. Technicians will not enter the property if there is a loose dog; pets must be put away in a crate or alternative room or bedroom. Includes a bonus work desk and chair.
