This listing is a booking for two units that are close together if not side by side though they are not connected, each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). Building amenities include a fitness center and a community garden located on the 3rd floor, and a dog park located on the 4th floor. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed], with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. When the workday wraps, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy the city's best: take a stroll to Fountain Square, browse local boutiques, or catch a Reds game at Great American Ball Park, all just a short walk from your front door. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
