The condo requires stairs as there is no elevator in the building. The condo is designed for socializing, featuring a large open living area and a kitchen with marble countertop bars that can comfortably seat a family. The kitchen serves as a perfect launching point for a night out and a great place to debrief with friends or family at the end of the night. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating with a midcentury theme, and the bedrooms on the second floor provide privacy and a space to recharge, each featuring a plush Tuft and Needle mattress. The master bathroom is spacious, with designer fixtures and a skylight for natural light. All toiletries and normal amenities are provided. You'll have free parking for 2 vehicles with our parking pass. Findlay Market is also just blocks away. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Unauthorized parties are considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm-8am, and any disturbance may lead to reservation termination without refund. Smoking or lighting anything indoors is prohibited and may result in a $300 cleaning fee.
