The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, three of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the fourth has a full-sized trundle bed under the queen. Additionally, the home boasts a fully fenced private deck for your group's enjoyment alone. Amenities include high-end hotel sheets and pillowcases, a custom tile shower, a large-screen smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a free in-unit washer/dryer, a well-appointed kitchen, and central air and heat. A parking pass is provided for two vehicles in a small surface lot directly next door. Additional vehicles can park in Ziegler Garage, a 3-4 minute walk, for ~$10/night. Please note that the pool advertised is a wonderful community pool, Ziegler Pool, a 5-minute walk away, open late May through early September. Steps from Urbana Cafe, Hart and Cru (an award-winning wine bar), the Hard Rock Casino, and the Streetcar, this home's supreme comfort and location just can't be beat. Just minutes from Ziegler Park, the house is in Pendleton, one of the most walkable, safe and clean neighborhoods in downtown Cincinnati. Located in Over the Rhine, Cincinnati's food and entertainment district, the apartment is near over 100 cafes, bars, restaurants and parks within a 5-10 minute walk. It's a 2-minute drive to downtown/Central Business District and great for travel nurses/doctors, just minutes to UC Health, Cincinnati Childrens, Christ Hospital and more.
