This one-of-a-kind loft boasts an equipped kitchen, a 9' overhead roll-up garage-style door to the alley with a smaller passage door, a skylight, Wi-Fi, AC, and a combo washer/dryer. The space is at once cozy and unique, perfect for a peaceful getaway or an ideal location to recharge during a weekend of festivities. A VIP round of prosecco at top nearby restaurants, arranged by us, is available. In-unit washer/dryer and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. Located steps from TQL Stadium and Washington Park, this loft offers urban living along the Streetcar line. It's within walking distance to OTR shops, restaurants, theaters, sporting venues, and Cincinnati's cultural center, Music Hall. You'll have easy and quick access to Findlay Market, Washington Park, the University of Cincinnati, Music Hall, nightlife, and all of downtown and OTR. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking anything indoors, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed. Violating these rules may result in reservation termination without refund. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing team members, will result in termination without refund. The property retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if there is any belief that the guest intends to harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. If there is any reason to believe the guest intends to throw a party, they will be denied entry. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pet hair cleanup will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking anything indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees or other costs are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150. Includes high-end bedding and self-controlled air conditioning and heat. This property has a security deposit hold collected via credit/debit card, between $300 - $500.
