The bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a day bed perfect for lounging under the dramatic skylight. The living room couch is comfortable and large, and an air mattress can be provided for additional guests upon request. The bathroom has a private water closet, glamorous clawfoot tub, and separate oversized shower. The kitchen includes a full oven and range, microwave, coffee-maker, dishwasher, TV, and bar-height seating for five. The perfect space for mingling, the kitchen and living room share one large space with herringbone wood floors, high ceilings, and lots of natural light. Just steps from all the entertainment and nightlife Over-the-Rhine has to offer, with plenty of historical Italianette charm. You can walk almost anywhere in Over-the-Rhine from this centrally located apartment. The Street has a stop just a block and a half away on Main Street as well! Guests should be aware that Bar Saeso's patio is busy and plays music during operating hours, but closes at 10:00 pm to allow for a quiet late evening. Parents may find the proximity to Bar Saeso and lively patio environment unsuitable for children. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance, written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. If you throw an unauthorized party, charges may be pressed for criminal trespass, and you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else. Dishonest or abusive behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund: yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing members of our team is considered abusive behavior. If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys.
