Ideal for families, professionals, and groups looking for comfort and space, feel at home with excellent Bay Area access. This home is designed for comfort and convenience. The garage is reserved for storage and is not available for parking. Please park vehicles in the driveway or use street parking where permitted. No live fire of any kind is allowed on the property, including bonfires or campfires. BBQ equipment may not be set-up or used without prior written approval. Enjoy easy access to I-880, I-580, and Highway 92, and just minutes to Hayward BART, Costco, hospitals, Eden Shores, parks, colleges, zoos, and restaurants, including Big Tech: Tesla, Google, Apple, San Mateo, Silicon Valley, San Francisco Airport, and San Jose. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No additional visitors or overnight guests are allowed at any time. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies and the rooftop, and any smoking violation will result in $250 fine, in addition $50 fine for each cigarette butt or cigarette package found in the property. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed, and noise complaints or unruly behavior may result, at the Host’s discretion, in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and excessive noise is not permitted at any time. Pets are not allowed. A charge of $75 per day will be applied for each unauthorized guest, $50 per day for each unauthorized pet, $100 per hour for unauthorized late check-out, and $50 per hour for unauthorized parking. A police visit will result in a $300 charge. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet; use the designated trash bin only. Do not place food on the kitchen counter or dining table; all food must be stored in sealed containers or placed in the refrigerator to prevent ants. Before washing dishes, please wipe off all food scraps and oil into the trash bin.
