This lovely apartment can host up to 4 people and features a kitchen equipped with all you'd need to cook a meal, including a coffee machine, pots, pans, and an island with seating for 4. Enjoy amenities such as a beach umbrella and chairs, pool towels, a putting green, a 24-hour front desk, and two elevators. The barbecue area is perfect for an afternoon grill session. Covered garage parking is included with a clearance of 6’8". EV charging is available. Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Please check with us for weight and size restrictions. A one-time fee of $50 per guest or family unit is payable at the front desk upon check-in. The property is a short drive to Miami Beach, 8 minutes from Miami International Airport (35 minutes from Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport), and a short stroll to Miami’s Design District, a treasure trove of luxury fashion boutiques, edgy art galleries, and trendy restaurants. With many restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment just downstairs, Wynwood and The Design District are minutes away. Midtown is special because it's all a brand new development, so the restaurants and apartments are very modern and new. There is so much dining variety within walking distance, and with parking being so convenient, you can drive to the beach in 5 minutes. There are many transportation options, from the free trolley to Uber, and with parking included, you can easily drive anywhere. There are 3 public bus lines that pick up in Midtown as well. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is any time before 11 AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available; please inquire about pricing a few days before check-in for availability. Self check-in is at the front desk. Strict no-smoking policy, low noise level post 10 PM, and parties and large gatherings are prohibited. The number of guests cannot exceed those specified at booking. No additional visitors or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval; violations incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping. Any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM; violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction. Includes a work desk in the bedroom.
