The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. Dedicated parking is available, and additional parking options are available nearby. Pets are allowed, and an additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, 30+ Nights: additional $300. Nestled at the base of the picturesque McDowell Mountains, this exclusive neighborhood offers a peaceful, serene environment with stunning views. World-class golf courses, such as the TPC Scottsdale and Grayhawk Golf Club, are just a short drive away, as are upscale shopping centers like Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. The neighborhood is easily accessible by car, and popular destinations are just a short drive away (5-10 minutes). Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. There are several scenic biking paths and trails nearby, including those in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. All guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am everyday, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi.
