This centrally located apartment is steps away from the best shopping, dining, and live music in Nashville. A car is not needed, as the apartment is within walking distance of Midtown where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breeds], with an additional pet fee based on stay length. Guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay and may be required to undergo a criminal background check. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. Weapons and drugs are not allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule.
