The advertised rate of $6,740/month is the lowest available price, based on a 1 month(s) stay with a move-in date of April 8, 2026. Rates vary depending on the duration of stay, season, and other parameters. For exact pricing and additional pricing components, please visit our website and enter your desired move-in and move-out dates. The rate is applicable when billed upfront; it can be higher if billed in multiple payments. Feel at home in LaPerla, a spacious home designed for twelve, and a short walk to the beach. This home features four bedrooms and three full baths, including two en-suite with walk-in showers and one hall bath with a deep tub. An elevator, with a 500-pound limit, runs between floors. This home offers clean lines and open space, with a long table for supper and a game of cornhole in the shade. Upstairs, the deck holds wide views, strong chairs, and a gas fire pit. You will have access to all four bedrooms, the three baths, the kitchen, the decks, the patio, the rooms in between, the garage, and the laundry room. An elevator and a golf cart are available for a fee. This is a laid-back stretch of the Texas coast where the road runs flat and the Gulf stays close. Homes sit on stilts, the breeze moves steady, and the beach is wide and open. Local seafood spots, small markets, and beach supply stores are a short drive away. It’s simple, easy, and built for slow days by the water. If you’re coming from Galveston, the ferry to Port Bolivar is free and runs daily and is a scenic, easy way in. Most people bring a vehicle, and you can drive directly onto much of the beach with a permit, which makes hauling chairs, coolers, and kids easy. The maximum occupancy is 12 people, and only registered guests are allowed at the house. Do not park under the house, and park only on the concrete driveway, being careful not to hit the pilings with your vehicle. Grilling on the deck is prohibited and against Galveston County ordinance; please grill downstairs on the patio area only and clean the grill after use. If you go to the beach, please rinse sand off in the shower under the house or on any of the available water hoses, and leave your sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or pour grease down the drains. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty, and swimming is at visitor’s own risk. Please do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor, during your stay, and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours.
