This property is situated in a laid-back stretch of the Texas coast in Crystal Beach, known for its flat roads and proximity to the Gulf. It's a short drive to local seafood spots, small markets, and beach supply stores. The area is simple, easy, and built for slow days by the water, offering opportunities for sunrise fishing and watching the sunset over the water. Ferry access from Galveston to Port Bolivar is available and free. Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside or out. No parties or events are allowed. Please do not engage in any illegal activities on the property. To avoid attracting pests, do not leave food out. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. Report any accidental damage as soon as possible. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor.
