The entire house is yours to enjoy, with the exception of the attic, the renter’s closet located beside the fridge, and the garage. There are two security cameras, one overlooking the driveway and one overlooking the front doorway. Maximum occupancy is 8 people, and any additional guests must be pre-approved. Only registered guests are allowed at the house, and any visitors must be disclosed and approved. Parking is only allowed on the driveway, and smoking, parties, or events are strictly prohibited. Please maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay and report any accidental damage immediately. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours, and do not move any furniture during your stay. Grilling is only permitted on the patio area downstairs, and please clean the grill after use.
