This house features spacious bedrooms, including a kid-friendly bunk room, a full kitchen equipped with a washer and dryer, and a luggage lift. The open-concept living room and kitchen area provides a comfortable space for gathering. The master suite includes its own bathroom. An outdoor propane grill is available for use on the patio area, and guests are welcome to use the back yard. The luggage lift is available for groceries and luggage. Conveniently located just a short drive from the beach, this home is also close to shops and the local grocery store. Enjoy easy access to the beach for a memorable vacation. Please note that the luggage lift is not an elevator and should not be used for people. The storage closet in the master suite is locked and off-limits. Maximum occupancy is 8 people, and any additional guests must be pre-approved. Absolutely no smoking is permitted on the property. No parties or events are allowed. Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property. Please keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor. Grill only on the patio area and clean the grill after use. Please rinse sand under the house after visiting the beach and leave sandy shoes on the deck. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, as this will damage the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains. If any accidental damage occurs, please report it immediately. Please lock doors upon departure. Guests asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior will not receive a refund for lost days. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty, and swimming is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises, nor for loss or damage of personal property.
