Vehicles are allowed directly on the beach with a valid parking permit, making beach days convenient. Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco, marijuana, or similar products are strictly prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in an additional cleaning fee. Before checking out, please double-check the home for personal belongings; if items are left behind and you would like them returned, a $50 handling fee plus the actual shipping cost will be charged. Grilling on the upstairs deck is strictly prohibited and violates Galveston County fire regulations. Never leave the grill unattended while in use.
