This home is professionally cleaned and pest-controlled, but due to the location, occasional outdoor insects or wildlife (ants, spiders, flies, squirrels, etc.) may be present, which is considered normal for the area. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per pet per stay. From I-84 W take exit 33 Karcher Rd towards Nampa/Marsing. Take a right onto W Karcher Rd. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Tampering with security devices (e.g., cameras, doorbell, smoke detectors) is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund.
