Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. This is a 100% smoke-free property and smoking inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance, and additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please treat the home with care and respect, as excessive mess or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Please double-check before checking out for any lost or stolen items.
