Outdoor and garage amenities are provided as a courtesy. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50 per stay. Conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood between Nampa and Caldwell, this home offers both peace and convenience. With quick access to I-84, you'll be minutes from shopping centers, grocery stores, local restaurants, coffee shops, family-friendly parks, and outdoor recreation. It's an ideal base for exploring the Treasure Valley, including Nampa, Caldwell, Boise, and Lake Lowell, with easy access to Meridian. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. This is a 100% smoke-free property; smoking inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. A $50 furniture reset fee will be charged after checkout if furniture has been moved. Any violation of the rules may result in additional charges, removal from the property without refund, and/or reporting to the booking platform.
