Outdoor and garage amenities, such as BBQ grills and fire pits, are provided as a courtesy for guests' enjoyment. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50 per stay. Conveniently located with quick access to I-84, you’ll be minutes from shopping, dining, parks, and popular attractions around Nampa, Caldwell, and Boise. The home is a great base for exploring the Treasure Valley while enjoying a quiet residential setting. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. This is a 100% smoke-free property; smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee.
