Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50 per stay. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
