Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50 per stay. Nearby attractions include downtown Nampa restaurants and breweries, Nampa Public Library, Stella’s Ice Cream, the Roller Dome skating rink, and local shopping. The location provides easy access to Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian, and Boise, with downtown Nampa attractions within walking distance. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. This is a 100% smoke-free property; smoking inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.
