This beautifully renovated home blends classic character with modern comfort, making it the perfect getaway for couples, small families, and traveling professionals. Inside you'll find a bright, open-concept floorplan designed to maximize comfort and functionality. The living area provides a relaxing space, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals. Fast Wi-Fi and in-home laundry are available for longer stays. This home sits in a quiet residential area near the center of Caldwell. Nearby attractions include Fairview Golf Course, downtown Caldwell restaurants and shops, local wineries in the Snake River Valley, and parks and walking trails throughout the Treasure Valley. Having a vehicle is recommended to explore the area comfortably. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per stay. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
