if i could give zero or even negative stars about this place and their management i would. i’m not sure where to even start honestly. from first glance these are super cute/nice apartments but once you get inside you’ll come to realize that is all a facade. the walls are paper thin, we’re on the third floor and can hear our DOWNSTAIRS neighbors walking. the parking lot and playground are constantly covered in the same trash that is never picked up, but they put a boot on my roommates car because her tags were in the mailbox and it was 1 day expired. if that doesn’t make you want to move in immediately than let me tell you about the “lovely” management. they will not answer your messages or requests for about a month and when you finally do call you’ll be greeted with nothing but unkindness, every. single. time. they will not try to help you solve any problems instead you will be completely disregarded in a typically very rude manor. i’m not typically one to write reviews and am typically a very understanding person but genuinely if you have other options i would go with those. :)

No matter how well you leave the apartment when you move out., you will owe money after your deposit. Me and my girlfriend left the place spotless, patched our holes from hanging pictures and 1 tv, carpet cleaned the bedrooms, all they had to do was touch up tiny spots. They overcharge so we couldn’t get some of the deposit back. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
