This beautiful custom home in Meridian is designed to provide a relaxing and comfortable stay with modern amenities and spacious living areas. The bright and welcoming living room offers comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, and an open concept layout connecting the kitchen and dining area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, spacious counters, a coffee station, a dining area, and fully stocked cookware and kitchen essentials. All bedrooms feature new hybrid mattresses designed for comfort and support. Fresh linens and hotel-quality bedding are provided. Step outside to enjoy the private fenced yard with a patio seating area and a custom-built pet door. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per pet per stay. The home is located in the Jackson Square neighborhood in Meridian, a quiet residential community close to many of the area’s best attractions. The Village at Meridian, local coffee shops and grocery stores, parks and walking trails, and quick access to downtown Boise are just minutes away. This location offers the perfect combination of peaceful neighborhood living and easy access to local hotspots. A vehicle is recommended for exploring the Meridian and Boise area. Shopping and restaurants at The Village at Meridian, downtown Boise, and local parks and outdoor recreation are nearby. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance, and additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund.
