Amenities include a dining area, comfortable living room seating, and a Smart TV for streaming (bring your own logins). A washer and dryer are in unit. Located just minutes from downtown Caldwell, shopping, restaurants, and I-84, the home provides both convenience and a quiet place to relax. Nearby attractions include The College of Idaho, downtown Caldwell restaurants and shops, Indian Creek Plaza events, the YMCA (within walking distance), and grocery stores and shopping centers. The location makes it easy to explore Caldwell, Nampa, Meridian, and Boise. The home offers convenient access to Interstate 84 and major roads, making travel throughout the Treasure Valley simple. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50 per stay. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee.
