Feel at home in this custom-built 3-bedroom home, offering the perfect balance of privacy, nature, and convenience, while still being just minutes from Downtown Nampa, shopping, restaurants, and I‑84. The Sugar House is designed to comfortably host families and small groups, with space for up to 10 guests. The home features a welcoming layout with comfortable gathering spaces perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Nampa and the Treasure Valley. Guests can relax in the private hot tub or unwind beneath mature trees in this quiet setting. Large windows and mature trees surrounding the property create a peaceful, private atmosphere that feels tucked away while still close to everything. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per stay. The Sugar House sits in a quiet, established neighborhood along Indian Creek with easy access to local attractions. Nearby highlights include Downtown Nampa restaurants and breweries, Nampa Greenbelt walking paths, Ford Idaho Center events, Lake Lowell recreation area, and shopping and dining nearby. Getting to the home is simple with quick access from Interstate 84. The minimum age to rent is 21. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Please treat the hot tub with care and respect. If it is found to be excessively dirty or misused, a $150 fee will be charged to cover the cost of draining, cleaning, refilling, and re-treating the water. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. If the home is pet friendly, please be respectful of furniture, no animals on furniture, do not leave alone without being crated. No cats are allowed unless pre-approved.
