Feel at home in this custom-built home, The Sugar House, situated right next to Indian Creek with mature trees and a walking path. Nestled in a quiet, established neighborhood in Nampa, Idaho, it's secluded yet close to shopping and just 10 minutes from the freeway. This home is set-up for 8-10 guests, 4-6 adults comfortably and a slew of kiddos. This home is professionally cleaned and pest-controlled. The outdoor and garage amenities, including BBQ grills, are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained. While the host does their best to prepare these areas, they are exposed to weather and natural elements and may not always be in working condition during your stay. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per stay. A great location to visit family or a nice retreat while in town for work, this home is located on N Sugar Ave, right after Sugar Loop Ln. Nampa opened its amalgamated sugar plant in 1942, and "Sugar" plays a big role in Nampa. The minimum age to rent is 21. No cats are allowed unless pre-approved. Please refill the hot tub above the highest jet if used and the home has one available. Please treat the hot tub with care and respect; if it is found to be excessively dirty or misused, a $150 fee will be charged to cover the cost of draining, cleaning, refilling, and re-treating the water. No vaping or smoking is allowed in the home, and any smoking, including vaping and cannabis, inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM; late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. This home is in a lived-in neighborhood, and while it’s generally quiet, the host cannot guarantee there won’t be occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic. Due to the location, occasional outdoor insects or wildlife may be present.
