Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a $150 pet fee. A pack ’n Play, high chair, and stroller are available. Shipping of packages via Amazon, FedEx, or other carriers will be delivered to the clubhouse, not to the house, and there is a mandatory $15 handling fee for all packages. This home is conveniently located 9 miles from Disney, 16 miles from Universal, 12 miles from SeaWorld, and 27 miles from MCO Airport. Parties are strictly prohibited, and a $1,500 penalty fee will be charged for any violations or reported parties. Includes fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace for remote work. Enjoy full access to the entire property, inside and out, with the exception of the owner's closet. Parking is available for 3 vehicles (1 reserved, 2 first-come spots). At check-in, the unit will be sparkling clean and fully stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and towels, thanks to a trusted partner's professional cleaning service. Guests are responsible for refilling the barbecue propane tank during their stay. Please keep pets leashed outside, never leave them unattended in the home unless crated, and clean up after them.
