The space is furnished with a queen bed, a Room & Board sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen, providing all the comforts of home. Central air and an individual thermostat let you control the temperature to your liking. You’ll also have access to a shared back patio with a BBQ grill. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $250 per pet cleaning fee, as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. If you plan to arrive by car and require parking, please inform us ahead of time so we can assist in securing a parking space. You can also look on Spot Hero to secure a parking space. A pack n' play and high top chair are available upon request for $10/night.
